(44102457) and the date (6/19/1444), in which it is indicated that the federation received the letter from the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property No. (002378-44-206) and the date (6/14/1444), Which includes the regulation of the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property issued by Cabinet Resolution No. (496) dated (9/14/1439 AH), and the judge is in Article (Third) That the Authority aims to organize, support, develop and upgrade the fields of intellectual property in the Kingdom following the best international practices, and to achieve its objectives, it may express an opinion on international agreements related to intellectual property rights, and follow up on the obligations resulting from the Kingdom's accession to it, Representing the Kingdom in international and regional organizations related to intellectual property rights and defending its interests.
